- Credit is not displayed after registration. Check if you entered and saved the API key you received by email correctly. Also check if something is blocking requests sent from the plugin to our server.
- Generating through the plugin doesn’t work.
1. The first thing to check is whether there are any loans on the balance sheet.
2. Sending generation requests may be blocked, you should check if any software is interfering with the work. In rare cases, there may be conflicts with other plugins or browser extensions. Try disabling them or running the generation in a different browser to see if this is the problem or something else. - I started to rewrite a third-party site and nothing happened. Some sites may use protection that prevents you from getting information from them. If you encounter such a problem, write to us via Telegram, we’ll check the site and try to bypass the defenses if possible.
- After generation, the text of the article is not tagged. You may have edited the prompt and removed the requirement to markup the text with HTML tags, or neuron may not have met this requirement. In this case you should either markup the article manually or press the “Clear” button, correct the prompt and generate the article again.
- The plugin does not work on localhost. The plugin must be installed on a hosted site, then the generation will work correctly.
