- If you paid $100 and request a refund immediately without using any credits, you will receive $80.
- If you paid $100, used 50% of your credits, and request a refund, you will receive $50.
3. Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference;
- Discovery of a different or better plugin;
- Missing features;
- Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or software;
- After the 14-day trial period has expired.
